Kaisersbach / Sveta Trojica: Ernst-Ulrich W. Schassberger has issued the license of Euro-Toques Europe to the restaurant Hisa Stajerska kulinarke in Sveta Trojica . The restaurant Stajerska Hisa kulinarke is now Euro-Toques Star-Restaurant and guarantees the health-conscious cooking with naturally-produced foods.
Slovenian guests and tourists are expected to both a fresh regional cuisine, as well as dishes with French, German and Italian twist. The health consciousness of the kitchen of the culinary Stajerska Hisa kulinarke is expressed in the motto of the House: The Life gives us everything we need for nutrition and health. Kaisersbach / Sveta Trojica: Ernst-Ulrich W. Schassberger hat dem Restaurant Stajerska hisa kulinarike in Sveta Trojica die Lizenz von Euro-Toques Europe erteilt. Damit ist das Restaurant Stajerska hisa kulinarike ein zertifiziertes Euro-Toques Sterne-Restaurant und der Garant für gesundheitsbewusste Küche mit natürlich produzierten Lebensmitteln.

Tokyo / Kaisersbach: Ernst-Ulrich W. Schassberger, President of World-Toques, Euro-Toques Europe and Euro-Toques Germany personally handed over the certification document to Professor Manfred R. Bernhardt. During his Europe tour Bernhardt made a stopover in his native Germany to get the nomination deed personally.
"I am very pleased you prefer Manfred Bernhardt, today officially and personally to become a certified World-Toques celebrity chef to be appointed," said Schassberger in his welcoming speech. "You are our first World-Toques Star Chef. The theme of food culture and the strict guidelines of the World-Toques be borne by you and lived. You represent our philosophy to" go to the other end of this world. "We all welcome you to board our entire network, "said Schassberger further.
Manfred Bernhardt is everywhere in this world at home. His professional life has taken him already to the most beautiful and remote places of this world. The capitals of all the continents are all known to him, and in many places, he has great experience and of course expanded next.

Tokyo / Kaisersbach: Ernst-Ulrich W. Schassberger, President World-Toques, Euro-Toques Europe und Euro-Toques Deutschland überreichte persönlich die Zertifizierungs-Urkunde an Professor Manfred R. Bernhardt. Anlässlich seiner Europa-Reise machte Bernhard einen Zwischenstop in seiner Heimat Deutschland, um persönlich die Ernennungs-Urkunde entgegen zu nehmen.
"Ich freue mich sehr, Sie lieber Manfred Bernhardt, heute offiziell und persönlich zum zertifizierten World-Toques Star-Chef berufen zu dürfen" , so Schassberger bei seiner Begrüßungsrede. "Sie sind unser erster World-Toques Star-Chef. Das Thema Esskultur und die strengen Guidelines von World-Toques werden von Ihnen getragen und gelebt. Sie vertreten unsere Philosophie bis "ans andere Ende dieser Welt". Wir alle heißen Sie herzlich Willkommen an Bord unseres gesamten Netzwerkes," so Schassberger weiter.
Manfred Bernhardt ist überall auf dieser Welt zu Hause. Seine berufliches Leben hat ihn schon an die schönsten und auch abgelegensten Plätze dieser Welt gebracht. Die Metropolen aller Kontinente sind ihm allesamt bekannt und an vielen Orten hat er seinen großen Erfahrungsschatz erweitert und natürlich auch weitergegeben.
Aktuell arbeitet er als Master of Education in den Starwood Hotels International, Tokyo.

Kaisersbach-Ebni: World-Toques refers to the position of molecular cuisine - and thus clearly recognizes and strongly to the principles of the World-Toques philosophy. "The principles - health-conscious food from naturally-produced foods, seasonal and regionally-oriented - have in our organization first. We are in no way prepared to derogate from that position," said President of World-Toques Ernst-Ulrich W. Schassberger.

Is it not surprising that one of the most prestigious restaurant guide to the experimental molecular cooks, whether in France, Spain, Germany, England, etc., 3-star awards?
